General

Accounts can be created a few ways: - Click "Register" at the upper right corner and set up your account. - You can also login using your Google , Facebook , Apple ID (for IOS) account, click “Log In” and select your preferred login method.

Click on your name and Click "Change Password" enter your current password, new password and confirm your new password. Click "Save" to reset.

If you forgot your password, follow the steps. Step 1: Click “Forgot Password" and enter your email address to reset the password. Step 2: A password retrieval email will be sent to your email address. Step 3: Click “Reset Password” and set your new password. Step 4: Relogin to your account with new password.

Go to “Account Details” section and click on the column that you would like to change and enter the information. Click on your name and Click "Edit Account". Change the information and click "Save" to reset.

Step 1: Go to your online banking site or any ATM machine nearby. Step 2: Choose bill payment through JomPAY Step 3: Enter Biller Code (321638) , Refer -1 (Order No ), Refer-2 (Your mobile no) Step 4: Once you receive a receipt for your JomPAY payment . Please upload the receipt with below step.

Step 1: Login with your registered email and password. Step 2: Click "My Booking". Step 3: Find the related event or mechandise with the status "Pending Payment". Step 4: Click "Pay". Step 5: Click "JomPay". Step 6: Click "Upload Receipt". Step 7: Click "Proceed". Step 8: Your booking status now is "Pending Verification". Step 9: Once we confirm your payment , your booking status will update to "Confirmed". You will receive a confirmation email as well.

Event Booking

You can buy 6 ticket for each transaction.

Merchandise Booking

Step 1: Select the product. Step 2: Set the quantity and choose available delivery option. Step 3: Enter the complete address for delivery by Poslaju Step 4: Click Confirm Step 5: Select payment method JomPay Biller Code : 321638 Refer-1 : Order Number Refer-2: Phone number Step 6: You need to made a payment and upload the receipt within 24 hours via JomPay. Step 7: Admin will validate your request. Step 8: You will receive an email after transaction is verified and approved by Admin. Step 9: Admin will update the tracking number once your parcel has been sent out.
